Dasan Fiber ONT ONU Modem Default Login Credentials
For first-time login ONT from a web browser, you need ONT login default settings that are usually printed on the sticker for all brands. Check your DASAN fiber Modem sticker to get login details along with the ONT model number and ONT type GPON, EPON, or XPON ONT.
Dasan ONT Modem Default Login IP address– 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.55.1 (Login IP depends on the Model Number)
Default username – user or admin
Default password– 1234 or admin
Find Dasan FTTH ONT modem login password and IP address available on the sticker for the first time.
Once you get login details now follow the steps to connect the Dazan ONT modem and access settings from the mobile/Laptop or Desktop PC.
Login Dasans Fiber ONT modem from the Web Browser
If your internet is already configured and its working then you only need a connection with WIFI or wired LAN from Laptop or Desktop to access settings.
- Connect your Mobile/Laptop using a WIFI connection from your Dasan ONT WIFI if it supports WIFI.
- For LAN connection connect LAN cable from ONU Ethernet port to PC/Laptop LAN port.
- Open the web browser and access 192.168.55.1 or 192.168.1.1 (check the default Login IP printed on the sticker)
- Use the default login username and password as printed on the sticker and access settings. If you already changed the DASAN admin login password before then use the new login password.
- Once you log into settings you will get router all settings WAN, WIFI, System, Security, and any other settings.
- If your ONT does not support WIFI then you will not get WIFI settings.

Change Dasan GPON ONT WiFI Name and password
From the left side settings menu go to WIFi-Setup
WiFi 2.4Ghz Settings –
Access Point- Activated
SSID Settings:
SSID Index- 1
Per SSID- Activated
SSID- WIFI_NAME (Change WIFI name here)
Authentication Type: WPA/WPA2_PSK
WPA PSK- Encryption- AES
Pre-Shared: Set the WIFI Security key here
Apply and save settings to complete WIFI configurations.
After changing WIFI name and password your all wifi devices will be disconnected from the Internet and you need to connect again with the new WIFI and password.
To secure your fiber internet unauthorized access you should also change the admin login password to protect web interface access.
Dasan fiber ONT modem Admin Password change
The default login password is printed on the sticker for any Brands ONT modem or WIFI router so its important to change the default login password to secure modem settings access.
Go to the Maintenance tab from the left side vertical menu.
Maintenance- User Account
Under User settings, you will get the option to change the login password
Provide OLD password: default is admin or user
New password- create a new password
Confirm new password– confirm new password and apply settings.
Now your Fiber Modem is secured and you can use it freely for your internet. To keep it secure always update the WiFi password and login password after a few months.
